We are proactive in the pursuit to make sure that each and every employee is appreciated and valued for the sacred work that they do - serving the seniors of our community and providing quality of life during the time they can no longer reside in their own homes. A big focus of ours is a partnership with the local hospitals and physicians to provide community engaged, value based care for our members, that are developed and based on the needs of the community, hospital systems and physician groups.
